I loved corn on the cob and rarely ate it with butter. I ate spinach because I wanted to grow up to be strong like Popeye. I drank V-8 juice because I like to be different. We also need to find new reward and comfort foods. For comfort I still like to go to the bakery. But now I get healthy, thick-crusted, fresh-baked bread, which I love and eat right out of the oven.
